BRETT BERDOLL

My wife and I have known Brett for about 10 years. 2 years ago we decided to sell our house and build a new one in the same community and asked Brett to help us through the process. First he showed us several properties and sites available and gave us an estimate of value for our property. We signed a listing agreement and Brett introduced us to other sales people in his firm, found a design person to help my wife in designing a new home and mapped out several lots available. We received an offer on our house that ultimately was increased to a level accptable to us and Brett then began the search for a lot on which to build the house that was recently designd. Once the lot was selected Brett helped me to structure my offer, and provided statistical information to help negotiate a price significantly below the asking price, which was ultimately accepted Brett then helped me with the contractor's construction agreement and schedule of payments to meet the closing schedule of my existing house being sold and found a rental for us to live in and store our belongings while the new house was being constructed. Finally while we were away for 3 months during constructiion, Brett sent photos periodically, inspected the status of construction and verified the draw requests from the builder. I feel that Brett's involvement added significantly to the ultimate price I received from the sale and added significant savings to the purchase and construction of the new home. I would recommend Brett highly and would use him again if I were to sell or buy again.
