Bret was rock solid and incredibly patient with us as we searched and sesrched for the perfect house. Once we had found the home we now live in Bret was efficient and knowledgable about the next steps to come in the process. No surprises. Strong negotiator. Also, her insights and recommendations on how to stage our previous house was a big reason that we had a full price offer ON DAY 1!!!
