Heard from a buddy about Brett being a good realtor and was a little skeptical at first over a a new realtor but Brett was fantastic and very helpful day or night even at 2 am when I had a thought he still called and answered me. He was very helpful and not pushy like most realtors just looking for a commission he genuinely cared. He took extra care of me since I work a busy schedule of picking up stuff and going and getting stuff done that needed to be done. Even if things were going well he called and checked on me and family and to see if we needed anything. He went above and beyond for me and my wife and will definitely use him again. One big decision in our life he made so easy and stress free and didn't push me to make any offers just gave me insight, plus went well above at the end to keep me happy.
