Brenton Dawson

If you're in the market for a home in Florida, I'd highly recommend Brenton Dawson to be your realtor. I moved from out of state to Florida for work, and from the beginning, Brenton was friendly, responsive, and worked hard to find me the home I wanted. He made scheduling time to see all my prospective homes a smooth process, and I was able to find the "one" during my visit. However, on my end, my house fell through closing, and I was in a terrible position to make an offer on my new home. Brenton was able to work with the seller's realtor, as well as provide a recommendation for a lender who could work with me. Throughout this months-long process, he never stopped helping me, and was in constant contact with all parties to make sure I could get the home I wanted. He was more than understanding at all times, which was very much appreciated when I was under immense stress. My house did eventually sell, and am now in my new home. Additionally, my lender is excellent, and I know I'm in good hands with them. I'm confident that without Brenton's help over the course of over 4 months, I wouldn't be in my home today. I cannot recommend him enough, if you want a realtor who will fight for you and provide a level of service second to none, he's the one.
