every real estate office should have a Brent!

We arrived in North Carolina last minute with hopes of getting a feel for the area and the housing market. On a whim, we contacted a real estate agent and was immediately put in touch with Brent. Since it was an unscheduled visit, we never expected to actually see Brent during this trip BUT, much to our surprise, that's exactly what happened. Brent is extremely personable, upfront, detail oriented, and reliable. He carefully explained the process of purchasing real estate in North Carolina and went out of his way to be available to us whenever we came into town or simply had a question or two or what turned out to be two million as our search expanded. He always answered texts or phone calls as soon as he got them. He went over and above finding answers for us regardless of how minor the question may have seemed to him for the shear fact that he KNEW that the question was important to us. His honesty was impressive. He had absolutely no problem telling us the pros about the properties that we were looking at but more importantly, he also had no problem pointing out something that may be an issue down the line. We decided to purchase a piece of land and Brent was there every step of the way to help us with every detail. His help didn't stop with our closing. Brent also helped us find a builder and is still with us as we are going through the building process.
