Great communication, helped us find our dream home!

We have worked with Brent for two separate moves and he's done a great job taking care of us! When we first moved to Cedar Rapids, Brent listened to our needs about our "must haves" and was able to get us scheduled quickly to see a variety of houses within a short time frame, as we were moving from out of state. Cut to several years later, we were ready to make a change and contacted Brent to help us find our dream home. He did a wonderful job showing us our options, walking through the pros and cons of the market we were looking at and really advocating for us as buyers. Not only that, he was very responsive and communicative with us throughout the process! Brent also recommended great contractors for us as we navigated several home projects both on our first home and our new home. We appreciate his dedicated to us as clients and he & his team working with us to find our "dream" home!
