Brent is definitely determined to get you into your New Home. I'm an independent buyer. I don't recommend it especially for a first time home buyer. They say the average person lives in their home for twelve years. If your first time home buyer, looking to upgrade or downgrade or just move to a new location. You want Brent on your side. I was skeptical at first if I could even do it. The sellers welcomed cash offers. My offer was from a loan. I really wanted the house because of it's location. At one point it was offered. I just about gave up. Brent said we should resubmit. We did. Due to his determination we got the bid! He walked me through the steps. It was bit of an arduous journey. However, Brent was there every step of the way. He went above and beyond to get me in that house. Therefore if you or you and your life's partner are looking to buy, you definitely want Brent on your team even if it's for coaching you through the steps. I highly recommend Brent!
