I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful Brent was during our purchasing process. Ours was not a typical transaction and without Brent's masterful negotiating skills we would have walked away from the deal. The art of negotiation is a particular talent and Brent certainly possesses that talent! Combined with his experience in the market you'd be hard pressed to find anyone else that you'd want on your team during such a large purchase. Thanks Brent! Now we need your help negotiating the renovation prices!!
