Brent was great to work with and very accommodating and willing to meet us at the property in the winter (after new snow), which was located in a remote area and on unpaved roads. The entire home buying process was smooth and went flawless from offer to closing which all occurred in much less time that anticipated.

It was a pleasure working with Brent! At first we weren't sure if we wanted to sell our starter home, but with the housing market on fire with the pandemic and everyone moving, it seemed like the right time. Our main concern with selling was about the potential chaos involved with such a large process during a pandemic.
