When I contacted Brent Rice to help me find a rental home I was at the end of my rope. I had tried for several months to find a house on my own and realized that I couldn’t do it on my own. I needed someone who knows the ins and outs of this business. I called Brent saying, “help! I have one week to find a home and move! Can you help me?” A house I had been approved for and waiting on for over 60 days did not pan out and I was at the end of my notice period where I was. Brent said, “I’ll send you a list of the docs we need to get this done, get them to me asap.” Brent the same day got me a list of houses (based on my preferences) to choose from. Brent took all my documents and set them up so electronically so that he could submit them on the spot if we found something we wanted. He dropped everything to spend the next day day with me to view the 8 or 9 houses I had selected to go see, after which he helped me get two applications sent for the ones I thought were the best for us. He got us approved for both in a day and we got to choose the best one. We moved by our deadline. Everything went as smooth as silk, if there were any hitches…I wasn’t aware of them (smiling). Brent is a knowledgeable realtor and dedicated to getting the deal done with seemingly no hitches. I was so relieved! Thank you Brent Rice!
