As we searched to purchase our second home recently, both Kristy and I felt the need to have a Realtor on our side. Our initial first home attempt was certainly a learning experience, and we were not going to make the same mistake of not having representation on one of the most important investments a family can make. Also, having a Realtor represent you on a new build doesn't cost you anything. Most builders account for this and cover the cost. n nThe experience and professionalism from Brent Rice was terrific. Inclement weather damaged our house and delayed our close as we neared our move in date, but Brent was there to help us through it. We also experienced challenges and contract disputes with the builder, and Brent's knowledge on the process of buying a home provided us a liaison that could bridge the gap between buyer and builder. Brent also continues to work for us long after our close by tying up loose ends with the builder and helping with property tax concerns. He has built a long-term relationship that we will always remember for future needs.
