Excellent and superb negotiator who is honest, straight forward and trustworthy.

From the first moment I met Brent and JoAnn, they were down to earth professionals who had an excellent understanding of the market and were very accomodating in their style and made a promise they handle and communicate everything in the process. And they did exactly as they had promised. I was kept informed every step of the way and had no issues with the communication on all transactions. Both Brent and his wife worked well and assisted me on what I needed to pack up and move out of the house for staging. Within a week and a half we had an all cash offer and spent the next two and a half weeks reaching an amicable solution to minor issues which could have been major had it not been for the understanding and negotiating skills of Brent.
