In February 2018, Brent was my realtor in purchasing a new home and he was terrific. A review of that sale has previously been listed and knowing that I would be selling a home in the following months, I knew Brent would be the one to help me do so. I used Brent Rice of the Rice Group and it was an amazing experience! I needed to sell my mother's townhouse after she went into assisted living. Brent kindly and skillfully walked me through the process of preparing the home for sale, staging it for dramatic appeal and the showing process. I have worked in the past with Brent when he listed my home for rent. He did an excellent job taking pictures and quickly finding people to rent my home. Then, when it came to selling the same home, he went above and beyond the many obstacles encountered to make the sale happen. He did so much more than what a typical agent would do. He did an excellent job listing my home. We had several offers by the weekend that the listing went live. We picked what seemed to be the best candidates but ran into so many obstacles with their loan approval. There were several times when we thought the sale was not going to happen, but Brent was persistent and kept the sale alive. He was so proactive that he also executed the tasks normally done by the buyer’s or their agent. When the buyer’s lender was not providing timely and accurate information, Brent escalated to the bank district and regional managers and would not let the sale die. In addition, Brent took care of managing different issues that came up with the home and helped me greatly as I was long distance and could not take care of the issues myself.
