Brent is the best!! This is our second time buying a home with him and this last house was the first time we have ever sold our house at the same time as looked for a new house and we were very nervous and overwhelmed, but Brent and his team helped us every step of the way. We are so grateful to have met him and have him guide us through the process and he helped us find our perfect dream home! He was so helpful in knowing what we wanted and he knew which houses would be a good fit for us and also which houses would not be a good fit and was very good at explaining why and the pros and cons to each house and made sure that the house we picked would be one we would be happy with for a very very long time. He is so professional and friendly and so knowledgeable and we are so very thankful to him and his amazing team. We never would’ve been able to go through this process without them and we couldn’t be more happy with our new home!

First time buyer here. I was very anxious about buying a home, I had watched many friends pull their hair out with frustration due to the whole process, but after years of renting , I felt it was time to buy. Brent was recommended to me by a friend. I told him about my nervousness about the whole process and he said not to worry, he would walk me through every step of the way. I was impressed with his ability to find exactly the type of place I wanted quickly! The perfect condo in a really good location! And for a great price! He answered all my questions and was quick to respond to texts and emails. When I needed some advice for some work I wanted done on the condo, he was right there with helpful suggestions. The work was done beautifully! He made the whole process less stressful. It was comforting to know he was always there whenever I needed to ask a question, no matter how small or big an issue it might be. I felt he really understood what I was feeling about buying for the first time and really cared to make it a less stressful experience than what I had anticipated. I am very happy in my condo now.
