Buying a home made easy

Working with Brent made buying the perfect home a breeze. When I decided to move from out of state to Colorado, the agent selling my home put me in contact with Brent. I had already found numerous houses across the entire state online, so we set up a 10 day period in which we could see all the places. I had some specific requirements and before I even got to Colorado, Brent had checked out each of the places and noted those that would not be acceptable. The first three houses were disappointing even though they were my favorites from seeing them online. Their online presentations did not match reality. Then as we were leaving the area, Brent noticed a home for sale by owner. He did some quick research from his car, then talked to the owner and brought us in to see the place. It met all my requirements and was in very good condition. At the next city we told Brent we would probably not need to see the rest of our list and that we could make an offer on the one he found. Still, there was one house eight hours away by car that I wanted to see just to be sure. Brent never complained or even showed any hesitation to make a six or eight hour drive from his office to take care of our needs. Once we made an offer on the home, the one Brent found, he kept a constant eye on the progress and pushed paperwork through for a speedy closing. He advised me on things that I should have fixed by the seller that I had never even noticed. Buying a home is a huge deal, having Brent as our agent simply made it seem easy.
