Our listing was slightly more complex because it involved Canadian ownership, an estate and distant communications. Brent offered guidance throughout the sale process. There were some home repairs required which Brent assisted with organizing a contractor to do the repairs. Brent conducted a number of open houses and made himself readily available to meet with potential interested buyers. There were some price adjustments that Brent and we worked through to adjust to market conditions. Our hope was to continue this home ownership in our family but the timing was off.
