Brent was absolutely fantastic from Day 1. I worked with Brent for nearly 5 months in order to buy my new house. We viewed many houses together, and on the rare occasion he was unavailable, he ensured I had the resources I needed in order to move forward throughout the process. Over 5 months, his responses were always extremely fast. I would text him at midnight and get a response. 6 30 AM, I'd get a response. I honestly don't know when this man sleeps. This was the third house I've bought, so I wasn't completely new to the home buying process, but I did still have many questions for him and he answered them all. His knowledge of the market and of houses was phenomenal, and from the very first house we looked at, I knew I was in good hands. When the first house we looked at had a poor inspection, he walked me through the process of terminating. And on short notice, he took me out to see the house we ended up buying. He was quick with his work and negotiated a great deal for me. It was almost shocking how easy Brent made things for me. By far the easiest real estate transaction I've had, and I look forward to selling my house with him in the future. Brent is an absolutely fantastic realtor, and I can't thank him enough for everything he's done for my family and I. Thank you, Brent!

Brent was so great to work with. We will surely use him again. When you say someone is willing to do anything to help you sell a home, Brent is your guy! We had a window that needed to be replaced and was unable to get it done so Brent helped repair the window and cut himself in the process including stitches. He was so easy to work with and sold our house in days.

Brent was able to helped us navigate through a very competitive market here in Denver. His knowledge of the city and inventory lead us to a great opportunity, and resulting on us buying a property that just 3 months later appraised for $65,000 more than what we paid.

He worked very hard to find our house and never gave up to find the townhouse that we liked. He responsed our texts, calls and emails so fast. I sent him a text at 1.30 am, I never expected that he would reply at that time. But I was wrong he replied me right away and make another 2 appointment to visit the house in the morning. Unbelieveable, I never met any real estate broker like him. I really recommend him if you need anything about your real estate, especialy if you wanna find your dream house.

Mr. Denny was extremely helpful with my home search. It was a seller's market at the time. Every home we viewed and made offers on had multiple bids. It was very discouraging to lose out on home after home. But Mr. Denny did not give up. He kept finding homes. We kept viewing them and making offers. It eventually paid off and I am very happy with the home I purchased.

My fiancé and I were looking for a home to buy because we are expecting our first child. We wanted to find a home for all of us. Brent helped me find a condo. He was always on top of these and has great community either by phone email or text. I highly recommend him and his company they are amazing
