Brent and his team handled all the repairs and cleaning of the house. They were professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I'm always very frugal, and thought no one could do it better than myself, but Brent and his team did. Moreover, he proactively followed up and responded quickly when buyers didn't respond promptly. Most agents might only act after the transaction is complete, but he always put my interests first and helped me push them to complete everything on time.
