Sold 2 houses for me, one of which was a rental that was hard to sell due to water damage. I’ve always a great experience working with her. Helped with every step of the process, extremely attentive and listened to our needs and wants. Cannot recommend enough! You won’t go wrong when you buy or sell with Jen! A++++++++++++++
She's a great person and fun to be around. Really fun. And she found us options quick, then was "Jenn on the spot" for getting us in. I'll use her every single time.
Jen did an amazing job selling my home and nailing a quick close. With a tight deadline and several obstacles along the way, she was professional, determined, and proactive at every turn. Her dedication, market knowledge, and sound advice was truly impressive and so much appreciated! Jen went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently, making what seemed impossible a reality. She's the best and knows the industry well! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
I can’t recommend Jen enough! As a long-time friend, I already knew she was trustworthy, but working with her to buy our home in Fort Collins and navigate the entire building process really exceeded our expectations. She was incredibly professional every step of the way. Her knowledge of the market and the construction process helped us feel confident in every choice, whether it was related to the design, builder options, or even timing. She’s truly great at what she does!
Jen is an absolute rockstar! She sold my home in just 24 hours, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her expertise, communication, and dedication were outstanding. If you’re looking for a top-tier realtor who gets results, Jen is the one to call!
Shout out to Brent and his Team, he is one very smart realtor very knowledgeable and explains every step pf the way. Would definitely recommend him amd his team. Thanks to Nick for those showtimes and all his help both very great people to work with.
Brent is not just a talented realtor but he is also a caring human being. He is a top tier problem solver which in many ways is the job of getting a a house to closing. Brent will do whatever he needs to do and I was so impressed by his positive can-do attitude even during the toughest times. He’s extremely responsive and knows the Colorado market better than anyone I know. If anyone in our family needs to buy or sell a property in Colorado we 100% will be going back to work with Brent. He’s also very fair about what he charges, which is another important part of the equation. My family’s sale was far from easy, having serious concerns come up sometimes on a daily basis. Brent navigated each issue and ensured us that we would get through them. I would recommend Brent to any buyer or seller especially if you care about the quality of the person you work with. Thank you again Brent for all your hard work!
I don’t believe we would have our dream home without Brent’s due diligence and negotiating skills. He was the best! Not only is he a seasoned professional agent but one of the nicest people you will ever know. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him! Thanks Brent
It's a great experience to work with Jen. She goes above and beyond. I have sell and bought houses over the years and Jen has always been my go to person. She always answers my questions. She has good attitude.
Brent Patterson is an outstanding real estate agent!! He helped my husband and I quickly find a home which perfectly met our needs. Throughout the process, Brent was knowledgeable, accessible and truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Brent Patterson!
Brent was super knowledgeable and saved us valuable time by directing us to the right neighborhood. We made offer after 1 day
Brent was absolutely amazing!!! He was professional and very easy to work with. He made selling our townhouse and buying our new house as painless as possible. The one thing that I appreciated about Brent was he was listened to what my wife and I were looking for and never tried to persuade us to look at something out of price range or something that we did not want to see. He helped us found our dream house under our price range! I will absolutely be recommending Brent to anyone looking to find their future home!
