Brennan Titus is the BEST in the business: Professional, courteous, intelligent, tactful, and gets the job done! I could not have asked for more from an agent but if I did I’m sure he would find an answer. Titus is direct when needed and knows how to solve challenging situations. We randomly met Brennan when looking at a house and he immediately went above and beyond showing us properties around town. A few months down the road he was still highly engaged, we had looked at a lot of properties and when we decided to buy the property we were already renting we decided to use Brennan as our realtor. This turned out to be a 4 months long marathon littered with hurdles and situations in which most people would have just jumped ship. Brennan stayed on target and guided us through one of the hardest things we have ever done in our lives. We had an extremely unique situation that took an extreme amount of dedication and persistence and Brennan stuck with it. We are forever grateful for this. Brennan went absolutely above and beyond of what I had seen from other realtors and it impressed us. His down to earth attitude made us feel comfortable and it was obvious that his priority was in making our dream come true. Everybody is different but without Brennan I am not so sure we would have been able to purchase our property.

We are first time home buyers and were impressed by Brennan's communication when we first visited him at one of the open houses. He was honest in providing both positive and negative of the house where we first met him. Then, he started to understand our needs and accordingly recommended us, if the house was our best fit or not. His responsiveness amazed us every time. I will still thank him for guiding us in choosing the right house and responding to all our questions however silly it was. He was very flexible; when we showed our interest in looking at 4-5 houses in a day, he scheduled them in no time and was with us from 2 pm to 7 pm during that business day. The report that he prepared after visiting each house had a lot of details. He worked with the lender and escrow closely and kept us informed on the status even before we asked him. He reduced our burden by staying during home inspection on behalf of us. He did as he had promised in the very beginning i.e., being with us in every step we take until we settled down.
