In a good situation we would have a good realtor. In a perfect situation, we would have Brenna. Not only did Brenna help with the sale of our house, but she also helped us buy our dream house. However, I’ll only focus on the sale of the house here. Working with Brenna to sell our house was as simple and stress-free as we could have hoped for. She has a network of professionals to help with every aspect imaginable to ensure that we don’t have to run around finding people to touch up our house before putting it on the market. Long story short, a few days before taking pictures and putting our house on the market, we had a little unexpected issue in our backyard. Once we told Brenna, she had one of her people over immediately to assess the situation and help us get picture-ready ASAP. I’m glad to say that everything worked out and our house was put on the market shortly after that. Within TWO DAYS, our house was under contract! We were amazed at how well things worked out, but really could not have done it without Brenna (and we really mean that). Due to the fact that we were selling a house and buying a house, we had to stay in a hotel the night before selling, and if you’ve even been in this situation, there are things you have to move at the last second. All this to say, the night before the sale, Brenna and her family were over to help us move and get everything ready for the final walkthrough. I can’t imagine any other realtor who would be that dedicated to helping their clients. But, like I said, “in a good situation we would have a good realtor, in a perfect situation, we would have Brenna”.

After an exhaustive search spanning over a year, we’ve finally moved into our dream home; all thanks to Brenna Damm! Throughout the search, Brenna understood what we were looking for and was always willing to work with us to ensure we love the house we are purchasing. There were times where we were impulsively considering a home, but Brenna knew what we truly desired (like a true friend) and advised us to take a moment and sleep on it. The fact that Brenna acknowledged we were being impulsive and helped steer us in the right direction, instead of making a quick sale, is a testament to her pursuit of matching her buyers with their dream house. Throughout the process, Brenna was only a phone call away and always willing to educate and guide first-time home buyers like us. Her flexibility in shuffling her schedule to ensure she can show us a house at times that were convenient for us was truly appreciated. Even after a year of searching, Brenna was still as enthusiastic and helpful as when we first met her, whereas other realtors we have dealt with lost interest after a few weeks. The house that we ended up purchasing is actually one that we’ve admired for more than 10 years. We did not consider touring it due to the fact that we though the seller’s timeline did not correlate with ours. However, Brenna’s optimism and dedication have gotten us to where we truly wanted. As with every journey, we have reached the end of this one. We started out with a realtor, and ended with a true friend. Thanks for everything Brenna!

I just want to give a huge recognition to this DAMN RELATOR… she took time to listen and work effortlessly around the clock to show me homes. She also was honest and upfront with everything so I was surprised about anything. When I needed her to be there and show me homes even when I picked the one I wanted she went out there continuously. I was referred to this agent, and she did very well finding a seller quickly but was not aware she represented buyer and seller, i got stuck paying the whole closing, and because i trusted her i thought like most closing i have had over the years it would have been fair, but it wasnt, then had to still pay for notary to spend a few hours notarizing closing papers also, i have had many closing and never had any closing like this, it was very one sided, seller should not have to pay whole closing. Most time you get a sheet showing what buyer and seller are charged but got told no on seeing what the seller was being charged, but i figured it out nothing, then i was leaving furnished with over 4000 of new furniture but new owner didnt want so she offered to charge me to have some one move it when we knew it would have gotten sold, not happy with this closing at all, get a lawyer to look over anything a real estate agent gives you, this one got the best of us. I may add the sellers were 88 years old. and got taken advantage of.
