We used Brendan to sell our home. Our experience was fantastic. Brendan handled the interview appointment like a complete pro, and spent hours sitting with us, making sure all of our questions were answered. This put us at ease, and after interviewing a TON of "long time" PC realtors, it was clear that we felt the most comfortable with Brendan. He was available 24/7 to answer our questions and concerns, and never made us feel like we were taking too much of his time (though we probably were)! Doing anything to get the job done, he even offered to walk our dogs during a showing that we were unsure we would be able to get home from work on time for. We look forward to buying from Brendan in the near future.
