Brendan Lenihan was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different areas of the valley, He was very honest about the houses we looked at and helped guide us through every stage of the process. Brendan was very polite and interactive, and there was no pressure whatsoever. We would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a home in valley.

Brendan Lenihan was instrumental in negotiating a fair price for the condo I purchased. His knowledge of Palm Springs and the specific complex I was interested in allowed him to suggest the best offer to make. Despite being much lower than the listed price it was accepted. The escrow was very complicated as it turned out there was a cloud on the title that the Sellers had inherited when they had foreclosed on the property. Brendan navigated through all of these extra problems that were presented and found a resolution for them. Escrow would never have closed without his expert help. Brendan made the whole process as easy as possible. As I was out of town he visited the property whenever necessary and always kept me updated. He arranged that I could sign most forms electronically. I would not hesitate to recommend Brendan and feel that he deserves a grade of A+.

Brendan Lenihan is a true professional that is extremely trustworthy and helpful and we recommend him to anyone seeking to sell or rent their property. His attention to detail and accessibility in the whole process is unmatched from other brokers we have worked with.
