Brendan worked his magic to help us sell as small house in Ocean View which we've owned for 30 years, but haven't lived in for 25 and haven't seen in over 6 years. It's been rented to a long-term tenant while we live in Montana With Sussex County requiring sewer hook up in that neighborhood, Brendan managed that change over from septic system to sewer for us, while we were so far away. He helped us find plumbers, electricians and carpenters to complete some home repairs so the house was in excellent condition for the sale. There's no way we could have done that from 2000 miles away, and with his help there was never a time when we thought we would need to travel to DE for the transaction. He did an amazing job of representing us and our best interests through the whole process. He'll do the same for you too.
