Brendan helped the reviewer sell this property

He never disappointed!

We have known Brendan for years as I was a Realtor myself. This made our choice easy as we already trusted him as an individual. Brendan lived and worked in the area he represented customers. This is very important. We had the home staged, moved out of state, and trusted him. He never disappointed! Telephone calls, emails and paperwork were responded to quickly. Though the market was slow, he let us know how many times our home was shown and reaction the reaction from agents and buyers. When it came time for negotiating, we had two offers and Brendan offered good advise. Brendan made a real effort over a period of time to sell our property in a tough market and succeeded. We recommend him highly. Sincerely, Bob and Gail Middleton
