Brenda amazed me by her responsiveness. I was working abroad, and needed her to find me a property, and then finalize the purchase before my return. I had contacted two other agents before her with no success. She exceeded my expectations, by actively managing all the property inspections and reports for me, and even assigned an independent contractor to investigate damages to the property and presented me with a detailed report. I had the feeling that she was working day and night with me until the closing. I was very happy and relieved that I had her on my side. I shall also be very pleased to work with her on the next purchase.
