Brenda, was very knowledgeable, she always gave tips on what to look for on the property. Which was great for me as a first time home buyer. She always came prepared with information on the property, Both the sellers disclosure as well as the property info sheet. If I found a property on realtor.com or Zillow I could always ask for more information thru email.

What can I say....the Lord was really looking out for us when He sent this marvelous woman into my life. In a year of Covid, we had one of the roughest. We were preparing to sell but were doing some renovations and although we were still 3 months out from being ready to put our home on the market she came in and gave us suggestions of some simple things to add value to our home and make it more appealing! The night before we were to take pictures my large glass patio table smashed to smithereens. I was tired, hopeless, and ready to throw in the towel. I just didn't believe there was any way to go forward. I had so much to do still. There was glass in between every patio block. She told me to go home, rest, and she would be there in the morning. The next morning I arrived to find her with her shop vac on her hands and knees vacuuming every last piece of glass up. She planted flowers, cleaned floors, and staged the inside and outside. She gave me comfort in my biggest time of need, and never gave up on me when I couldn't see the light. 10 days later she brought an all cash offer to the table and closed 6 days later!
