Brenda was very quick to establish contact with us once her agency was assigned by our moving company and was incredibly proactive in maintaining contact throughout the entire home buying process. She was incredibly well versed in the local area and what it had to offer as far as homes, local shopping communities, etc. and was very quick to pick up on the particular aspects we were most interested in when selecting homes to view. We had to return to our current home once we selected a house to purchase in New York but Brenda graciously managed all the necessary home inspections, conversations with the sellers, etc. for us and provided very timely communication throughout the process. Overall, Brenda is an excellent agent; we feel privileged we had the opportunity to work with her and cannot recommend her highly enough. We will certainly use her again should we have future real estate needs in the area!
