Just when I felt like giving up on buying a home in a market with increasing prices and high interest rates, I came across Brenda. She is strategic, sharp, and Incredibly effective. Brenda was able to negotiate on a price reduction and higher incentives on a new home! From the first time we talked, she set out a plan for my family and guided us each step of the way until we had our keys. I can’t stress enough about the fact that she made the whole buying process a lot easier. Taking the time to answer all of my questions on early mornings of late evenings Brenda always made time to provide us with the help that we needed. She did amazing negotiating prices with the sellers, she was very persuasive. She definitely got us the best deals possible out there. She was also very sweet, kind, very welcoming person and she was definitely very professional. I definitely recommend going back to her if in the future I buy another home, or friends and family buy a home I recommend her!
