Brenda did an excellent job in finding houses in my area and price range. She is very personable and friendly and flexible with days/times to see houses. She gave good advice on both the selling and buying side. Brenda was very knowledgeable of the market, knowing the right price to offer and negotiate the details. She made an otherwise stressful experience into a pleasant one and found the perfect house for me. Brenda goes above and beyond in all the details in dealing with the buyer, seller, the agents and loan officers. She's the best:)
