Brenda’s knowledge of the market and management of the sale of our home was top notch. She’s very friendly, easy to talk to, intelligent, and has a very down to earth demeanor. Brenda was personally involved in every step of the process. Always immediately available by phone & texts. Very helpful when we needed tradesmen to fix things prior & during the sale. When a question came up, she would investigate it and find the answer. When we were out of town and had an issue, she personally jumped in & handled it. We never felt neglected as she was very tenacious about finding ways to promote our home. We have sold several homes in our lifetime and dealt with many realtors. Brenda is by far the best we’ve ever dealt with! We highly recommend her to anyone as we know she will be there and find any & every way to sell your home, as she did for us!!
