We meet for the first time at a home we wanted to see, soon as I got out my car I felt I just met a long lost friend, my husband and I were so empress with everything she said every thing she done, on our way home we both said if we had this lady Brenda Roach the first time out a year ago we would not of lost money our other realtor wasn't listening to us and our needs. Brenda however heard us and trust we knew what we wanted so at 3 homes seen, she said let's just go look at this home in Middletown Delaware it's an open house we where like hummmm but said ok we will meet you there well it was our home it had everything we ever wanted and some, she worked so hard for us all I could do is cry happy tears our home is beautiful and the best home we ever had, Thank you Brenda we are so happy to call you our friend, your the only realtor magnet on our fridge for all who enter and need a realtor it will be you my friend.
