I don't know where to begin! We loved working with Brenda. My husband and I were first time home buyers and weren't really sure if we were ready yet.. we did the typical "let's go look at open houses for fun" thing for a month or two. We met some agents and got their information but none of them really connected with us. We went to an open house one day and the house looked like it was from the set of Mad Men - Brenda was the listing agent and we hit it off with her right away... she spent time getting to know us even though we clearly had no interest in that particular house. She just came off as so nice and not aggressive or pushy. We told her what we were looking for and what areas and she actually reached out to me the following week to show me some houses she knew of (no prior agent that we had met at an open house had done this). This really started the process for us - we went and got pre approved.. went to look at some houses and Brenda was so helpful every step of the way. Buying our first home was stressful and nervous - not because of Brenda but because it was something we had never done before. She definitely put us at ease. When it came time to put in an offer on the house we wanted, she helped us decide on a number, negotiate with the other agent and get us some $$ after the inspection to go toward some different things. We showed up at our closing to a bottle of champagne and gifts from Brenda... this was in October of 2016 - and we still keep in touch with her! She loves to check in to see what upgrades we have made since we moved in and I know I can always reach out to her with questions or recommendations for things! She is truly great and I would recommend her to anyone!

We worked with Brenda to buy our first home, she made it so easy and enjoyable! We looked at what felt like a million houses (we were very indecisive) and Brenda was always patient and helpful, pointing out restaurants, parks, schools, etc. She helped us determine what were “must haves” and what were just “would be nice”. She always responded quickly and would meet us same day to look at a new house that had just popped up on the market. Brenda worked hard for us and was just enjoyable to be around! When it came time for an inspector, handy man, and interior designer she had wonderful contacts. The entire process was so incredibly easy- all because of Brenda. I cannot say enough nice things about her!
