Amazing Verde Valley Realtor!

Brenda Powell has been my real estate agent several times over the years and she always amazes me with her real estate market insights, local homes for sale knowledge so we can put together a fair price, and she's excellent at strategy. Brenda has a professional photographer who made our home look amazing, she makes the paperwork process easy by adapting e-sign technology so 99% of it can be handled via email, and she has great recommendations. Brenda got our house listed right before Christmas and her strategy worked, we had 4 offers in the first week, and we met the right buyer and closed in early February 2026. Lots of homes in the same area are still for sale. The difference? Crappy photos, poor strategy-to-sell advice, and wrong timing by other realtors. Brenda has been doing this forever and she KNOWS this market. I cannot recommend her enough.
