This is the second time my husband and I have partnered with Brenda on a real estate transaction. Most recent we sold a house where I was the Power of Attorney. This was a little different than a regular sale because we had to make sure we were following the law and any special rules and paperwork associated with this type of sale. Brenda is very knowledgable and walked us through each step seamlessly. If she didn't know she did research or called someone who would. Her relationships with vendors was very useful as well. She knew exactly who to get for window washing, lawn services, mold inspections, etc. and was in constant communication with us so we knew exactly what was going on at all times. She always had our best interest in mind and did not hesitate to negotiate for what was fair. I highly recommend Brenda to be your real estate agent and have recommended her to all my friends and family as well.

Brenda did a great job of listing, marketing and then selling my property. She priced it right and the property sold at the price that she had told me it would sell, and a price I was happy with. She went above and beyond what most realtors would do. I would recommend her for anyone selling or buying. She has very good knowledge of the area and the pricing.
