Brenda is a stand out person with everything she does. Unfortunately for me selling my mom's home was not something we wanted to do but had no choice due to my father's passing. Brenda knew from the beginning how much this property of over 45 years in our family meant to us. It was a beautiful home with 3 parcels that meant the world to my mom that it could be sold all together and not devided. Brenda also knew going into this that I was an emotional rollercoaster, boy she had her work cut out for her! She took her time researching all the property, comparing other properties, endless work on the computer with surveys and consulting other professionals before coming up with a price she felt was fair. I told her from the beginning I trusted all her judgement and had faith she would walk me through every detail that I absolutely had no idea about. That she did, she would call me or meet me, Tex me and walked me through it all. Over and beyond just selling a house. Always asking what she could do for me and generally worried about me and Mom! There were some things that needed done after inspection and she handled every detail that needed to be done, making the process easy for me. Absolutely exceptional service she provided that words could never explain. She let me vent, cry and could make me laugh and always a hug for Mom and I. God truly sent her to us to make this all happen. Could not have done it without her!! In closing, how do you rate a person on this profession to sell a house? Well for me Brenda did more than sell a beautiful home, she was my mentor, my rock and had my total trust from start to finish. She truly dug in deep and went way over and beyond her duties as just a realtor. She became family that I will never forget all that she has done for us during a horrible time. I thank God everyday for all her services. Just one amazing godly women. I would recommend her to anyone 💯 percent!!!! Thank you Brenda for being the wonderful person you are!!!!!
