She not only honestly evaluated each of our opportunities, when we found what we wanted she worked through some of the most difficult seller issues I'd ever heard of or experienced. She defended me as a buyer, arranged for all the contractors to come in and provide work estimates so that we could property establish our budget and she continues to follow up today, after the closing, to make certain that we are okay that the contractors are behaving.
