"My wife and I spent a large portion of last year preparing our house for sale the first quarter of 2020. Brenda guided us with great suggestions to give our house the best opportunity to sell in a tough Woodlands realestate market. After 24 hours on the market we had an offer near our asking price. My wife and I can’t recommend Brenda Malone highly enough. We’ve dealt with several realtor agents in the past, but none have ever taken care of us like Brenda Malone has. From the day we became aware of her while looking at another home that she had listed, to the closing of escrow, she was always there to make sure we were doing what was best for us. That would be: suggesting how to best present our house to get the highest amount, suggesting what we could do to increase the value of our house, checking what we had done to make sure we had done it the most beneficial way, suggesting home repairs and agents for the repairs that could do them properly and economically. Even when we purchased a home in a new housing tract, she was there at the inspection to make sure we didn’t miss anything. She had nothing to gain by being there, but she felt it was the thing to do! She handled the negotiations when we received offers and received for us the price we were asking when the offer was less. When we sold our house, which didn’t take long (nine days), she was there at escrow to guide and assist us in signing the papers. And… when we purchased our new tract home, she was there at the escrow closing, again! We can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for us. We never realized at the beginning how lucky we were to have her as our agent.
