Of course the terms she offered were far superior to the competition which made our decision making even easier, but we knew the other realtor and initially were going to go with her. When she declared that she would bring a buyer and sell our property quickly regardless of who listed it, we had our doubts. But her enthusiasm and genuineness really sold us on her. What was even better was her follow through. We needed her to do a few things for us to get the sale done. She stepped up and, without hesitation, volunteered to make herself available to help us since we were out of town and needed someone to be present for the carpet cleaners. She also took care of making sure we had a refund check in our hands at closing, something another realtor would have had trouble delivering We are now out of the Toledo market, but if we were looking for a top notch realtor who delivers on her promises we would contract with Brenda Leggette in a heartbeat.

Brenda is a gem! She came into our lives when we began the search for our first house. She was with us every step of the way working tirelessly to help us find a place to call home.
