I hired Brenda to list my home in the Villas that I had been renting out since I moved out of state 7 years ago. Unfortunately, my tenant severely damaged the home before they left causing thousands of dollars in damage and leaving it virtually unlivable/unsalable. This did not deter Brenda in anyway! She coordinated repairs including removing and deep cleaning debris, patching holes and fresh paint, installation of new carpet and extensive service work from various contractors. She kept in touch throughout the process and sold the home in a matter of months! I know of no other realtor that would provide such service in a guiding and caring way! She truly went above and beyond the duties of a listing agent. Brenda is second to none in my book!
