I think the biggest thing I liked about Brenda was she wasn’t pushy or aggressive towards a sale. I had multiple limiting factors working against me (divorce, single dad, VA loan, little money to work with, etc.) and somehow after using another agent and looking at around 100 houses during COVID, that I found the perfect fit. Moreover her relaxed vibe I found to be a lot more comforting than people I’ve worked with in the past. I would highly recommend her to anyone in this area.

Brenda is extremely knowledgeable about the market and was right on target on selling my home She knew i could get what i wanted and i ended up with more then i expected.. she knew i would sell my home quickly and it was sold in a week.. The best agent i have worked with and i have sold 3 different home with 3 different agents..
