Brenda worked alongside me for probably two years before I was ready to list my dads housde for sale. During this time, she continuously checked in on me to see how things were going, and she was an awesome sounding board when things were not going too smoothly. When it was time for the house to be put up for sale, she offered me the perfect advice on what I needed to do to get the most for it. She was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. You will never be disappointed having her as your realtor!

Brenda answered our questions, had a good sense of humor, made sure things were set for showings, etc, helped answer questions about purchase offers,etc. I appreciated her checking in often by email and text.

She was able to select the best time to sell, how to prepare the house for sale, select area comparable properties for market pricing, kept us up to date via text and email during the whole process, and was emotionally supportive as this was a very personal experience.
