Brenda is an outstanding Realtor in all aspects of the business.
Brenda goes well above what is expected of the typical Realtor. She studies the market to make sure the listing price was on market. She keeps you informed throughout the process of offers/counters, etc. She staged my house when we were ready to sell which helped make it look homey. I have bought/sold many properties and I rate Brenda as the best Realtor I have ever worked with.
