My first impressions and experience with Brenda Heier.

About 3 yrs ago I was introduced to Brenda Heier (and her husband Jerry) by my Cousin who at the time was in the market looking at houses and purchased one. From day one, I found and felt that she and her husband "TRULY" cares about their clients. After I sold my home I decided to move to the Myrtle Beach area and decided to reach out to Brenda Heier. Brenda was patient and listened to what I was saying in terms of what I was seeking. Even though we did go slightly over my original price range, in the long run the repairs needed to the houses within my price range would have equaled if not gone over. So in reality she was within my price range. Definitely was not her fault that the houses I viewed and saw online and or wanted to view were already pending or taken, or sadly misleadingly in need of $ repairs $. Would I use her again? Would I refer her & her husband to others?.... "MOST DEFINITELY".... THANK YOU BRENDA! (you too Jerry.)
