Brenda Halen listed my property on 11/9/23 and presented me with a full price offer on 11/11/23. She then made the appropriate suggestion to wait and see if any better offers would be made, but I was under a time constraint and accepted the offer. Brenda took care of everything. The property photos were taken from a drone and were superb! I live out of state and was able to eSign all docs. We closed 12/26/23 and I couldn't be happier. Brenda Halen is the best ever!

This was a difficult commercial property to evaluate with no comparable in Orofino. It also had 40 acres of very steep ground with no right of way access. Brenda and her team worked with me and the buyer to negotiate a mutually beneficial price for both of us. Very Satisfied.
