Brenda made the whole sales process simple. She kept us informed every step of the way and made sure things stayed on track. She communicated well and took the time to understand our needs. Highly recommend!
100/10 would recommend Brenda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her professionalism & communication were fantastic. Constantly updating us through out the whole process, from listing our home all the way thru closing day. Her wealth of knowledge was unmatched to previous realtors we had used. We can't thank her enough for selling our home in 3 months! Thank you SO much Brenda!!
My wife and I have been searching for our dream property for many years. When I contacted Brenda she showed us a couple of properties that fit what we were looking for but didn't fit what we both wanted at the same time. We were undecided on a single property. Eight months later we thought we might have found another one to look at. We called Brenda again and she was excited to make a drive in the snow to take us to see this unique property. Not only did we fall in love with the property but Brenda found the perfect view and natural springs. She helped us with finding resources that would help us develop things on our dream property. She helped us with the entire process of seeing a dream and turning it into a reality. Brenda is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has a wealth of experience that she is willing to share. Awesome experience, if we could give more stars we would. Brenda is the perfect go to person to help with your dreams.
Brenda's knowledge of the housing market was extremely helpful. She was always quick to respond to a text or phone call. She went above and beyond in finding the perfect home for us! Brenda is the realtor you want to help you find your next home!
North Central Idaho Properties has been wonderful to work with! Brenda Halen was professional, communicated well, and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. She helped us navigate through a wild real market and the sale of several properties. Rebecca kept us informed and up-to-date on all happenings. Would use again in a heartbeat!
Rebecca communicated through each step in our process, fast response to questions, we highly recommend her and her team!
I worked with Brenda while selling my grandmother’s business property. She made everything easy. She was an extremely hard worker that made everything run smoothly. And then worked with her while selling my grandmother’s personal property and she was a big help there as well. I highly recommend her and I would gladly work with her again.
Brenda knows how to sell undeveloped remote properties. She can work with surveyors, road builders, neighbors, County planners, attorneys, and title companies to bring the sale into reality.
Brenda managed the clean up an all preparation for sale of this commercial building. A tough job for 60 years of continuous use at Stoddard Electric.
When it comes to selling your property, Brenda Halen is the best. She is a go-getter and a mover in a shaker. She got our property sold. It went to the title company and everything went so smoothly. It was unbelievable. She is awesome at what she does. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor.
Very easy to work with, & diligent in finding solutions. Process was quick & simple
We have used Brenda two times, she has done a great job both times. I highly recommend her.
