Brenda is very knowledgable of local issues. For example, she had to sidestep a few mines during negotiation as our 20 acres parcel was under lease to a hay farmer. She personally knew our hay farmer and was able to get an agreement between the farmer and prospective buyers. She also ensured our Mutual Grant of Easement for an airstrip was properly filed with Clearwater Title prior to listing our property. She clearly explained all the forms we needed to sign during closing, which can be overwhelming. We have another 20 acre parcel that needs selling and I wouldn't consider using any other agent but Brenda.

Brenda Halen has been nothing less than an ideal realtor for my property sales. Fully knowledgeable of the property market and always there whenever I called. My siblings and I consider Brenda a true gem. Our properties were many and complicated to prepare for market. Brenda has made every step of our experience a true joy, we could never have found a better realtor and friend than Brenda.

Brenda was very good with communicating our needs with the seller, and very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding properties.

While some service providers are difficult to reach even during regular business hours, Brenda Halen and her team are super responsive regardless of the day of the week or where in the world they happen to be. With something as significant as selling a parcel of land, you don't want to be waiting and waiting for a response. Straight talk when you need it with great results. That's what you can expect from Brenda Halen.

We’ve done 3 transactions with Brenda. She was born here and knows the area like no one else. Very professional and works harder than any agent I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend her. She’s phenomenal. As is her staff very efficient and accomplished.
