A few years ago I was thinking about buying a home. My son mentioned his realtor. My son contacted Brenda and mentioned I might be interested in buying a home in a year or so. I met Brenda told her about the time frame I would like to buy. Brenda kept sending me homes that meets my wants and needs. Finally I decided it's time. Brenda sent me a listing that looked incredible. Brenda and my son did a walk-through. I was interested. Through out the whole home buying process. Brenda was there. Every step of the way guiding me. I can not thank Brenda enough for all of the hard work she did in helping secure this home for me. Thank you for everything you did. One outstanding realtor. One I highly recommend.

Brenda is amazing! She helped me when this weee trying to swallow me whole. She was very informative about my steps and made sure I understood what was going on. She was fast and efficient and always answered my calls or texts. She really made my whole process of selling a house not as stressful and it should of been. I’m so thankful that we found Brenda she’s a great person to work with, she’s great at communicating and always making sure we are doing good. she tried her best to always let me know when someone was coming to look at my house and see if was everything okay, she’s very honest and very good at texting back, she has great advice and always worked hard to sale our house she did an open house for two days, She did a great job advertising, we love her thank you so much for your hard work we wish you the best in life.

My husband and I thought about selling our house a year prior to actually listing. We had a few different realtors come and give us CMA’s to see where it stood on the market and to honestly see what each realtor brought to the table in regards to how much time they spent looking at house, questions for us, upgrades we had done etc, explaining their comps etc. Brenda honestly was the one that spent a lot of time reviewing, engaging, asking questions, learning us and what we were looking to do. She was extremely thorough, on top of any questions we asked and felt like she was the right fit. After a year without hesitation we listed with her and it was the best decision made. From day one she was there for us, took all of our calls, never hesitated to answer any of our concerns, and was on top of everything . She is an amazing person and has the utmost respect for her clients and herself. She loves what she does and it reflects in her work. She is honest, straightforward, dedicated and genuine. Hands down Vernal’s best and I don’t say that lightly.
