Brenda is everything you could wish for in an agent!

I had the pleasure of working with Brenda for the purchase of my home, and years later in the sale of the same property. Brenda is on it! She was responsive to all my questions, worries, concerns and needs. Ready to fill in my gaps of knowledge and share her expertise. She was reactive in a moments notice, taking necessary action in the twists and turns as well as anticipating mine or my buyers needs. Brenda never shied away from asking the hard questions or making demands on my behalf in negotiations, during purchase or sale. Don’t be fooled by her kind smile, warm demeanor, or exemplary professionalism, she will go to bat! The only downfall of working with Brenda is that I can’t find any one that compares, now that I’m house shopping out of state.
