Brenda helped us sell a rental property and in all honesty we did not have to do anything at all. she got us a great sale price and she had the property sold in under a week. the entire closing period was extremely easy and all we had to do was show up and sign. Brenda has assisted us with several purchases and sales over the years and we will always turn to her for our real estate needs.
